DNBIA Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors of the Downtown Nanaimo Business Improvement Association (DNBIA) met on November 23rd, 2011 for a strategic planning session facilitated by Mr. Ian Howat, Director of Strategic Relationships from the City of Nanaimo. During the session, the Board agreed on the DNBIA’s vision, organizational roles and priorities for the 2011/2012 year. The following document identifies each of these strategic decisions and projected timelines for completion.
